• Safety feature like overload tripping on drive unit & under tension tripping for chain slackness in take up unit are provided. 
• Enclosed track chain helps prevent accidental contact with moving parts.
• Overhead conveyors include Caterpillar drive unit, conveyor chain, Tracks & Bends,  Take up Unit, Lubrication unit &  Control panel. 
• Caterpillar Drive is provided for smooth engagement. Supporting can be from ground or trusses. The speed of hangers thereby of carried articles is governed by a drive unit, which pulls the chain at a desired speed. 
• Enclosed track is offered in 3 mm & 5 mm thick cold rolled sections depending upon the load per hanger. Bolting through flanges provided at either ends mutually connects these modular track lengths. 
• Telescopic take up unit for chain tensioning and Lubrication unit for smooth operating of chain are provided.
• We offer overhead conveyor with the standard   conveyor chain pitches of 300mm, 400mm  & 500mm.
• Multiple drives, where essential with electronic speed variation device can be provided.
• Orientation changes can be achieved by providing customized indexer 
• Load carrying capacity can be increased by providing multipoint pitch connecting load bar.
• The modular lengths provide enhance the flexibility in altering and/or extend the layout and increasing total load to be carried .
