• Enclosed track chain helps prevent accidental contact with moving parts.
• Overhead conveyors include Caterpillar drive unit, conveyor chain, Tracks & Bends,  Take up Unit, Lubrication unit &  Control panel. 
• Caterpillar Drive is provided for smooth engagement. Supporting can be from ground or trusses. The speed of hangers thereby of carried articles is governed by a drive unit, which pulls the chain at a desired speed. 
• Enclosed track is offered in 3 mm & 5 mm thick cold rolled sections depending upon the load per hanger. Bolting through flanges provided at either ends mutually connects these modular track lengths. 
• Telescopic take up unit for chain tensioning and Lubrication unit for smooth operating of chain are provided.
• We offer overhead conveyor with the standard   conveyor chain pitches of 300mm, 400mm  & 500mm.
• Multiple drives, where essential with electronic speed variation device can be provided.
• Orientation changes can be achieved by providing customized indexer 
• Load carrying capacity can be increased by providing multipoint pitch connecting load bar.
• The modular lengths provide enhance the flexibility in altering and/or extend the layout and increasing total load to be carried .

Power and free conveyors are typically used to transport parts along an assembly line from one process to another. Unlike basic continuously moving overhead monorail conveyor systems, Power and Free conveyors provide the unique ability to stop individual loads without stopping the entire production line. Power-and-free conveyor is a conveyor that has inherent in its design. That is flexible routing, variable speeds, the ability to accumulate or stop carrier, sort product, and move through processes, overhead space utilization, precision to work with automation, and easily expandable and adaptable to product change. It consists of two tracks. Power track i.e., upper track which is powered by chain & free track in which carrier trolleys travels. The power chain is the driving mechanism of power and free conveyor systems and consists of forged and heat-treated side links, center links, and chain pins. At selected intervals on the chain, special side link pushers are installed and used to push the power and free carrier. Drive power is transmitted to the free trolley by pusher dogs linked to the power chain that runs in the upper track.
